Becoming present in your body is a foundational skill for connecting with your intuition. When you are present, you create space for intuition to flow into your awareness. Presence is when your awareness is focused on experiencing what is happening in your body in this moment. Intuition naturally flows through in the present moment. The more you connect with the felt experience of the present moment, the more you create space for your intuition to flow. This week we will discuss the autonomic nervous system, why so many of us spend our time outside of our bodies, and how to build a trusting and loving relationship with the physical body.

The main senses- Touch, Sound, Taste, Smell and Sight support us in our physical life but also are how our intuition communicates with us. This week you will discover your Sensory Superpower! Identifying which of your senses is most powerful will support you in raising your vibration and becoming present in your body- the two most essential practices to connect with your intuition. It will also give you insight on how you receive intuitive information!
